Winners Announced for Cute Fall/Halloween Cards 4 Kids!

It's another fun Saturday at Send a Smile 4 Kids because we get to make 6 lucky and talented participants in our Cute Fall or Halloween Cards 4 Kids challenge very happy! We have three lucky winners of our randomly chosen sponsor prizes and we are also announcing our Top Three.
